Kafka’s Dream: Technicality and Justice March 9, 2015, 12:00 pm Michael Walzer has proposed a pluralistic theory of justice against the simple egalitarian position that according to him depends on simple equality. This pluralistic theory of justice upholds what he calls ‘complex equality’ that refers to social meaning in determining justice. This was first published in The Island, on 05/06/2011. However, I have made some changes adding some of my recent imaginations into it. I have kept the original title but introduced a new sub title.
